    Your labels are fine, however everytime I order I never know if the labels have been despatched. This is very common place for ecommerce websites and is unusual for your website to not offer this basic communication. Twice I have had to email to find out if the labels have left and when they will arrive which takes up your time and mine.

      Hi Alistair
      Thank you for your email. We have discussed your requirement internally in great depth previously, if enough people request this we will look to implement this. As you know we offer a next day delivery service, if we receive an order before 12 noon the goods are delivered the very next day, guaranteed. The tracking number issued by most carrier companies only state that the goods have been “collected” and are being delivered that day “on van” and don’t specify a time, we label and check that all orders are collected.
      Agreed most ecommerce websites do offer this service (despatch shipping note email) and the basic communication service is for deliveries which take more time to deliver than a next day service. I will of course keep an eye out for your next order and make a special effort to keep you informed as per your request.
